The Product is for educational and informational purposes only. ProfitHive makes no representations or guarantees regarding income, earnings, or financial results. Any examples, case studies, or results mentioned are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed outcomes. Your results will depend on your own effort, skills, market conditions, and other factors.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Product references and discusses third-party platforms including but not limited to TikTok, TikTok Shop, and various AI tools. ProfitHive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Their terms, policies, and availability are subject to change without notice and are outside of ProfitHive's control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Product. ProfitHive's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
